I used to like pot noodles, but last time I had one it scoured my insides, I think they changed the ingredients to contain a grain I am intolerant to (I have trouble with a couple of grains but haven't been able to fully pinpoint the issue).
Up until recently, they've got me through many times when for whatever reason I was unable to or didn't feel like cooking!
Pot noodles are shite. Super noodles take around the same time and are sound and don't give you diarrhea.
French toast with brown sauce or soy sauce, that's a brekkie.
