What are you having for breakfast?

I have recently been making my 4 day flatbread with 120g of flour instead of 100 and this time added too much water so added a few oats - it makes an unexpectedly large difference...

1/4 of this flatbread 110 kcals
Substantially more satisfying than two 47kcal oatcakes...

And with oatcakes there's the problem of having a whole box of them in the house...

I shovel on far too much peanut butter though - and sadly at some point I may need to wean myself off of the vitam-r yeast extract because it probably accounts for my elevated uric acid - along with my very high mushroom consumption ..

Hopefully in the future I will be a lot more active and will have moved my main meal to mid day - so breakfast can be more flexible and substantial ...
