What are you having for breakfast?

Today, courtesy of Worcestershire NHS Trust, it's pretty much the same as the last ten days: one Weetabix, carton of fruit juice and a cup of hot chocolate. This morning we got the option of a pot of yoghurt too!



At least today I can eat the Weetabix in one go. Last week I'd have to take a few breaks to tackle it.

You could probably have found a hotel with better breakfasts but they might not have had quite the same deft touch with kidneys. Good Weetabix prowess, anyway.

Every work day for the last week I've been having sausage and egg muffins. takes about 10 mins to cook and they are lush, even if I say so myself.
