What are you having for breakfast?

63g carbs - 252 kcals
17g fat - 153 kcals
20g protein - 80 kcals
Total approx 500 kcals.
Inhaled around 9 am and usually plenty to keep me going until teatime - around 17.30 - but yesterday I needed to top-up with carbs at 13.45 to avoid hypothermia.

BMR - 1800 / 24 = 75kcals per hour - so breakfast should be OK until 15.30
At my current activity level 2700/24 = 112.5 kcals / hour - so 13.30

But I'm reasonably sure I'm in caloric deficit overall - which probably doesn't help ...
 
Doesn't strike me as providing an adequate amount of roughage, your regular brekky.
The mash is made with skins on, which helps. But my evening meal is usually quite heavily vegetable and/or lentil based. I've got a digestive system which is quite sensitive to lack of fibre, so I have an incentive to make sure that I get an adequate amount over the day.
