The mash is made with skins on, which helps. But my evening meal is usually quite heavily vegetable and/or lentil based. I've got a digestive system which is quite sensitive to lack of fibre, so I have an incentive to make sure that I get an adequate amount over the day.Doesn't strike me as providing an adequate amount of roughage, your regular brekky.
