What are you having for breakfast?

I’m at a festie (not Glasto) & failed to eat dinner. Woke at 6am very hungry & had a banana & piece of chocolate, woke again at 9am & had a small Graze flapjack then at 10am had a warm sausage roll & jalopeno poppers & a cup of tea soon followed by packet of Hula Hoops.

Message here is don’t get too drunk to have dinner!

At least you seem to be making up for it now! 3 brekkie feast :D

Coffee and a smoke. Then to work, where the usual choices are sadder than usual at chickenyawn on Sunday. Greggs and Pret open later than usual. Tesco and Sainsbury are open, but their stock of ready-to-eat offerings will be limited. There will be a queue at McDonald's, because there always is, but I do have some standards left.

This morning (11 hours ago, here); i got creative. I took two slices of bread; put peanut butter on one, raspberry preserves on the other and put an oats & honey granola bar in between. Washed down with 3 cups of chai tea..
It was good, a little on the sweet side for a breakfast, though...

Due to our key situation (waiting to get a replacement key and fob on Monday, hopefully) I had to be up early to let OH into the building when he got home from work, he'd found a delicious looking roasted garlic flatbread on the reduced to clear on his way home to go with his pasta bake.

I wasn't intending to stay up, just let him in and go back to bed while he heated up his pasta bake/garlic bread and ate, but the offer of sharing the bread was too much, so I had half of that with a mozzarella, tomato and black olive salad, with fresh basil and some olive oil.

Then I went back to bed :D
