My work (such that it is) is 12-4pm Mon-Fri so I tend to have a sort of brunch about 11am that takes the form of a toasted sarnie. Recent fillings involve:
Bread, Slice of Maasdam, slice of thin ham, processed cheese slice, mature cheddar, another ham slice, slice of Maasdam, bread
Bread, slice of Maasdam, crispy bacon, HP Sauce, mature cheddar, crispy bacon pieces, processed cheese slice, chopped tomato, black pepper, slice of Maasdam, bread
Bread, Maasdam, dry roast peanuts, mature cheddar, dry roast peanuts, Maasdam, bread
All these are made in a “cut in half” sandwich maker and are ready in about 8 minutes.
