Olive focaccia. Didn't rise as much as it should, but still tasty.

That looks fantastic, I do love a focaccia and must make one soon I think

This weekend, I will be having another crack at making bonfire toffee, but THIS time, I will not end up with a kitchen full of choking burning smoke, no sirree. THIS time, I will stir it, a lot, unlike the original fucking recipe, and I will end up with a tray of heavenly-tasting black toffee.

Also planning to make a chocolate sandwich cake, with homemade bramble jelly as the filling and dusted with an icing sugar/cocoa mix. Will serve with fresh blackberries, oh yeh baby.
