I don’t really understand the point being made here. Russia isn’t exactly great on safety standards and, as such, gets a lot of fires. Always has done. Are people claiming that this one at a shopping mall is actually from Ukrainian missiles? Something else war related? Seems unlikely to me.

I saw on a youtube channel last night that the US airforce is arguing the case for sending older model Reaper drones out to Ukraine. According to the video the pentagon is reluctant due to the risk of the technology being captured by the Russians and the long range of the drones but the USAF is countering with the new 'facts on the ground' regarding recent UKR attacks deep into Russian territory...
