I'm enjoying how you've taken against him, Pilch, but I actually quite like him.

He seems like a genuinely nice bloke, and he's clearly far more intelligent than the others, though that's not saying much.

He doesn't spout nonsense theories and I loved the way he just laughed at Leanne when she obnoxiously told him to "bring it on".

Other than "Let's say I went first, I didn't, but let's say I did", I think he's done well.

Traitors candidates have big form for overplaying their occupations and "diplomat" probably just means he's worked for the Foreign Office overseas. I could be doing him a disservice but he's probably just been someone's assistant or a low level analyst.

He didn't even break a sweat during the "Carry the granite phallus up the hill" game - is he physically fit because he likes an afternoon in the gym, or is it because he's used to chasing/being chased by Russian spies across the rooftops of Rome/Moscow/Ulan Bator?

He's blates MI6, couldn't be more obvious. Just a bit more Jonny English than James Bond.

Now you mention, it I do see a bit of a resemblance between him and that blonde one in Slow Horses…

I thought it was obvious before the dinner party confirmed it, but out of all of them he’s playing it purely for the love of the game. Which goes some way in explaining the puppy dog/Boy Scout eagerness.

Talking of the dinner party, I must be a heartless bitch but now at the third one I was just thinking “yes you have reasons, blah blah very nice, skip to the end”. It’s not heartwarming, it’s dull. Actually I’m going to TRAITOR BEHAVIOUR myself over that.

Leanne is such a big disappointment. I was hoping she'd be as likeable as Jonny, and genuinely smart and overcoming the ditzy blonde woman stereotype, but she really is annoying and self-absorbed. Like, who the fuck cares how fit you are. Just carry the bodies.

I was confused over the dinner party, Francesca saying exactly the same as what Freddie said really except naming each other. Are they bluffing about Frankie having four sons/or Freddie being an only child? I'd actually think it would be sweet if true.

I apologise in advance but I couldn't follow what Leanne was saying around how many kids she already has had and how long ago/sadly miscarriages? and her partner Sophie would be carrying if they did successful IVF? Minah I glossed over, Charlotte mentioned having children also?

It was Alexander's reason that got to me Between that, his reaction to Jake confiding in him about his cerebal palsy, his getting off the train at the start and his putdowns of Leanne and Joe at the roundtable. Then of course launching himself into a bush trying to return a badminton shot to sperba yer wer yer wer Hope he wins now.

I think most of her looks and glances are because she recognises what it's like to grow up in a single parent household. It's a mother's love, just not the mother's love.

Finally caught up.

Find the whole 'why am I still here' line of thinking very frustrating. As said above, its so narcissistic, and to me just shows who doesn't really understand how to play the game. Joe, Leon, Leanne and even Frankie all using it.

And of course, the answer (if you're faithful) is always because your a bit shit, you stir the pot and your not a threat to the traitors. Funny how they never think of that...

Think Charlotte's a great addition to the traitors. I'll be sad if she ousts Minah, but it would be a great move and guarantee her a win. I though she might even pull it off on Thursdays episode.

Loved how much they celebrated when Linda went. Obviously we have a huge advantage of editing etc, but it did all seem very obvious.

Felt sorry for Alex. He totally shot himself in the foot with his comments, which were weird, but I can totally see myself doing something similar, and then having all the bellends like Joe piling on.

Joe is the worst. Totally unaware of how to play, totally unreflective of how many faithfuls he's led the charge to boot. I worry he will get to the final and somehow win.

Was seeing a group of friends today and was two nights behind. Very glad I texted the group last night to find out if they were watching, which they were, so made a point of sacrificing sleep this morning so I could catch up and then have a full conversation.

We also then played the Traitors board game. Which was fun. Very glad I was a faithful as I had a baby on my lap for a lot of the game and it involves lots of blindfold action. I was worried enough about dropping a baby while wearing a blindfold. If I had had to complete tasks as well, either the baby or the task would have had to have been sacrificed.

I like Anna, she seems fun and not too serious

I've also decided that Frankie IS Freddies Mum, everything else (websites/businesses/child photos) is staged to try and disprove it. Also Charlotte and Alexander are married (Claudia is in on it and the "he's single" was a red herring) but Alexander fancies Frankie so they're together. Leon is Freddies adopted dad, Joe isn't a teacher (he can't be) he's the actual nail technician. I think Jake is the only genuine one there.
