The Virgin Mary

Someone who never met Jesus might nevertheless have met Mary, who outlived her son.
Given his travels, though, it doesn't seem likely. And besides, she wouldn't have looked at that point like the young mother in bcuster's painting.

But catholics pray to her and she apparently performs miracles. So she must be divine. Or do humans perform miracles too, and deserve worship?
Humans can perform miracles. The Apostles healed many sick people. But they so only if God permits it.

Catholics do not pray to Mary in the same way that Christians pray to God. We ask for Her intercession

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you.

Blessed are you among women,

and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,

now and at the hour of our death.

Is it not like asking Thor to ask Odin to do something?

If all men and women are equal in the eyes of God, then why is it that some humans have the ear of God when they are dead, but others do not?

Why does this all-knowing, all-powerful being need advice from Mary or other Saints?

Maybe so, but he met Mary, who outlived Jesus by about 20 years or so until She was assumed into Heaven
That’s written down somewhere, is it? In all this talk of what the apostles and disciples did next, is there a chapter chatting about that time Luke met ol’ mother Mary?

From that link:

Where did Luke get his stories about the conception, birth and infancy of Jesus Christ? Many believe this information came from none other than Mary, the Mother of God. Who but Mary could have told him the things that she kept in her heart? We know that Luke was with the Apostles at the same time as Mary. In aspiring to write an orderly account of the Savior's life and ministry, it would have been natural to ask Mary what happened from the beginning. It is therefore all but certain that she was a primary source for his account.

In other words, there's precisely zero evidence for anything. Quite cute circular logic, though.

I'm reading the article a little differently...

It is therefore all but certain that she was a primary source for his account.

There are many things that we don't know "for certain" because that is a moving target

, but we accept them as true, nonetheless

Are you in training for the Gullibility Olympics?

Seriously, you appear to have no critical faculty whatsoever.
