Why isn't there anything about their community work on the site?

Again, it looks like a club night site, no more

ClareR, can you tell me, you seem to like 'em, is it just a party?

It's not just a party! Oh no!

It's an (ahem) "holistic approach to the art of celebration, fusing pure ecstatic dance culture with meaningful performance, live music with incisive spoken word, thought provoking multimedia with a message and challenging art work, film makers and NGOs, charities and those who care - making a difference from the heart and to the heart"

So. A rave it is then. And all for 'just' £15.

I hear that Synergy did most of the stage management for the Streatham Festival's music day this summer. Certainly the bus was there in the middle of Streatham Common.

It's a load of hippy capitalist bollocks, that's what it is.

I want to know what percentage is going to Oxfam, me, if it's the same swivel-eyed twat with dirty pinkish grey dreads and appalling halitosis that was going on and on ad nauseam about being in partnership with Oxfam the other day (Monday) in CHL trying to get me to go to some gig or another but worryingly evasive and even a tad aggressive when I asked a few questions, and whether he had ID or bona fides....I don't know if it was the same project or not but alarm bells were ringing loudly.......at first I thought he was a chugger but realised eventually that it was about a gig......

So was this thread needlessly bumped 'cos they've got a party on the 16th of this month? :D
