A wander to Cromer Court, an NT place between Malvern and Evesham. Church, ice house, country pad. Some of the decor was a bit naff, but nothing that a trip to B&Q wouldn't fix...

if it is a public footpath the landowner has a duty to remove it to make it passable. No one enforces that shit though, had a tree down blocking a bridlepath that stops horses going through for at least 5 years too, this year a second tree a few yards further on has joined it. The path goes through the garden of a large house (used to belong to Roger Taylor) and I'm sure the owners are happy to restrict usage...
