About 15-16 years ago, Liverpool played Villa at Villa. It was the height of Houlier's 'dirge' years: Owen was out injured (again), so our only forward was Heskey.
We had something like 20 shots, none on target, and Villa had less than that.
It ended 0-0, and to this day is the single dullest game of football I've ever seen.

I'd give my left foot to have had that tonight.

I checked and I was lying I remember them being in Division 3 at the time which means it must have been 0-0 against Walsall in 1972. Have often wondered.
