The Mega Mug thread - show us your finest beverage holders

All mugs should be white inside, unless you don't wash them.

My fave mug.

Is it just me that insists on a China cup for tea? And who will only drunk out of mugs that are white inside?
we have some dainty china cup and saucers for tea, but only use them occasionally, I have a favourite mug which I like my tea in (will take a picture soon)

I buy a lot of stuff from sportsdirect and they insist on sending this oversized fucking mug that has no purpose whatsoever. I mean this mug needs two tea bags for it to make a proper cup of tea. Fuck off sportsdirect you wankers!

I quite liked having a mug like that for when you want an enormotea on a lazy Sunday afternoon. But mugs like that don't last long

I was going to ask "what kind of person bothers to count all their mugs and cups?" Then I realised that VP's counted them today.

I think I'm the only person in Britain without a giant sportsdirect mug.
I haven't got one either.

I use one of them as a general pen/radiator key/shed key holder, sod drinking from it :)

That kind of mug's for keeping pens in, not drinking tea.

About 25 mugs but I only use two, my Cath Kidston cowboy and flowery ones. We also have two coffee sets with 6 cups in each.

Plus a tea set that I think my dad knicked from fuck knows where.

That's got 6 cups too so in all, nearly 40 cups I guess. We also have two or 3 travels mugs each, two teapots and two coffee pots.

I have a hot drink about twice a week. [emoji1]
Eta-There's 2 mugs each at work too. Ffs!

I think I posted a pic of the green version of that mug. The colour on that pic is a bit off. It should be more of a delicate pink. That is a bit lilacy. I do have a lilac one as well. The red one broke. :( I'm keeping an eye out for a replacement.

Just done a search and it was a mug you wanted but didn't have:

I was just about to post that if I couldn't find a new red one I'd get a kimmidoll one and post that exact pic as an example. Then I couldn't be bothered. :D

and a couple on the draining board , not one bugger matches. I want to buy a beautiful set - but mugs come with history and memories and it'd be like losing old friends :hmm:

and these on the top shelf, which I can't reach so are hardly used.

The op doesn't mention home - it just asks how many you own, so this would include ones you have at work.

I work just round the corner so I'll often walk to work with a cup of coffee from home or vice versa. Consequently the mug population in my house is an ever-changing one.
