Try “I wish to wash my Irish wrist watch”, which is the whole thing. I can say “Irish wristwatch” fast without much trouble, but add the rest and I’m all over the place.

Requires a bit more effort between the "sh" and "ri" mouth and tongue movements but is definitely achievable with practice. First significant achievement of the day for me
