It`s just that he has obviously made a lot of enemies, including pretty much all the corporate press. There is a good interview here (if you can bear it) about him being trolled by Adam Skiff during the last American election.

Seems to have been back in the news again recently, along the lines of 'new plot to evict him from embassy', but the only articles I have found about this so far are from shits like the Express, the Daily Star and the Times so no links yet.

Assange is the kind of personality that I detest, arrogant and self important - and he certainly should have had to answer to the rape and sexual assault charges (whether he was ultimately guilty or not). But if the American's do get their hands on him or at least begin the process, they need to be opposed. If they get him it will make it easier to get others.
