Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

Tbh honest i was expecting them to be a bit too small but the third one (with crochet collar) is a generous size 18 and just looked marvellous (wasn't going to choose it but took a chance and very pleasantly suprised).......i would say they are about right size wise, if a little generous (iykwim)

i love peacocks

Have you got a link to that third one? I couldn't find it online. I really like the middle one too, found that. Is the orangey one jersey/stretchy? I don't like things which mould themselves round all my um, curves. and how long is it?

It's from the Pearl Lowe range, which had sold out last time I looked. I have something quite similar from last year.

Really nice wool coat, rust coloured with black trim, secondhand on ebay, under £20 inc. postage. I really needed a warm winter coat. It's cheap and I was the only bidder because of two tiny little holes on the back seam. You'd need a magnifying glass to see them. It's a vaguely military style (in a musical set in Ruritania type of way) so I have ordered some nice black frog fastenings so I can sew three going down the back seam which will actually look great. A really stylish warm coat all in for less than £30 :)

this cameraphone takes really shit pics in non-natural light, and i've lost the charger for the camera that works. you wouldn't see the full glory of the jacket.

maybe tomorrow.

I've had a bit of a splurge as i'm getting all impatient to get back into non maternity clothing and chunky wooly stuff in particular!

Bought a black sparkly jumper and a brown and blue funnel neck jumper dress from M&S (which i've just re-bought at 25% off so will take the original ones back :hmm::oops:

Then from dotty p's (also 25% off) ive bought a berry cable knit shrug/cardie
An open knit grey snood, some jeans and some "black tube trousers" (no idea what these will be like! possibly not very pretty immediately post baby! :D)

woop my pearl lowe dresses came :D spot-on sizing advice chikky  thanks to you i ordered the crochet collar one a size smaller and they fit identically (although the crochet one is more flattering i reckon). i wouldn't have bought them at full price cos i'm not a massive fan of the synthetics she uses, but at half price i couldn't be happier :) i shall be frockin tomorrow

A bag. The bag that I put on the want but cannot have thread. Tkmaxx online ran out but there was one in the shop today and Chemistry bought it for me. :D

I'd post a picture but I'm on my phone.

My dotty p's delivery just came and the "berry cable shrug" is really disappointing so is going back which is a shame as I was getting excited about the autumnal wooly jumper fix.
The snood is nice but can't try on the trousers til I pop this baby outta my belly :D
