moonsi til
worked it out now!
I have bought some Crocs , the real Mcoys. Ordered a multi coloured & an olive green. Plan is to keep one pair & wear on a Welsh beach in the coming weeks.
I’ve got Vejas and they’re lovely and comfy but expensive.Does anyone have any suggestions for decent baseball boots that are not Converse?
My parents have said they'll buy me some new trainers for my birthday.
I wore Converse for years until they changed them (a long time ago now) and made them super narrow and now I can't wear them
I don't have particularly wide feet either.
I have some Vans baseball shoes but they have a very chunky sole and I'm looking for something closer to the classic style.
I quite like a children's tv presenter vibe occasionally. My mum got me these dungarees View attachment 379534
I feel a little like a children's tv presenter in them, which I'm not totally adverse to.
They are really comfy and fit well.
The pic is crap, they are blue and white striped and a light/midweight cotton.
Cloo my mum also picked me up a pair of these in blue and white stripes. Some sensible striped Mum shorts in M&S. Anywhere more trendy was no good as they were all determined for shorts to be linen (Nope! Not dealing!) Or otherwise not made for those of us who don't have a waist - eg with wide tie belts or high 'paper bag' waist cuts that require people seeing your waistline. Haven't owned this sort of length in a while and it's actually very flattering.
No luck with a swimsuit that I don't look like a sack of spuds in but may go to Marble Arch branch where they should have the full range - Oxford Circus only had the 'hoiking your stomach in' ones in plain black or navy, which I don't want.

Just to be clear Cloo , I only thought I would look like my dad because I knew he owed a pair of shorts with a very similar coloured striped pattern.Cloo my mum also picked me up a pair of these in blue and white stripes.
I said I liked them but I'd look like my dad in them.
At which point my dad walked in, back from the gold club, wearing almost exactly the same shorts but in big man shape
The womens ones have gone back to M&S
Do you know the brand? It could be on Vinted? You know that annoying thing when you can picture the item you want but can’t find it? Of course I could a couple of years ago and didn’t buy it because I felt silly in it.
In this case, a black cotton maxi dress with puff sleeves. I will wear it with gold hoops and my new sling bag and I will feel good. Except I can’t find the exact fucking dress.
I think one was new look. I have checked Vinted and Depop. I’ve found something I like on asos so will order that and another couple of options.Do you know the brand? It could be on Vinted?
Hope you get reunited with the dress! You know that annoying thing when you can picture the item you want but can’t find it? Of course I could a couple of years ago and didn’t buy it because I felt silly in it.

I know! I loved Vinted: so much easier than bidding on eBay. Just paid with Apple Pay and picked up items from the corner shop at my convenienceWow, £100 for all that stuff Skim, what a bargain!
I bought a Monki dress with puff sleeves earlier this week and there's a black version if that helps.I think one was new look. I have checked Vinted and Depop. I’ve found something I like on asos so will order that and another couple of options.
I think I will do the same.Utterly splendid use of time, I've been racking up the hours on faux fur leopard print coats
I was coming here to talk about my new baseball boots! I love them so much. They're really comfy. But they're barefoot shoes, which you might not be into and also makes them expensive.Does anyone have any suggestions for decent baseball boots that are not Converse?
