Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

Been looking vaguely for ages for some flat ankle boots but been having real trouble finding what I wanted - genuinely flat, coloured or patterned, not Chelsea boots.... lo and behold I finally stumble across these. And what's more when I get them to the counter there's an extra £20 off sale price  they're a darker red than they look in this photo. Have ordered some shoe wax to treat them with before wearing
They're nice boots Cloo. They look well made. Where did you find them?

Biddlybee and equationgirl - they're from Jones. There's one near work and I kept popping in but there was nothing I wanted in the sales... I tried on a nice pair of Fly boots, but unfortunately as they were slip-on with a fairly narrow ankle I just couldn't get them on with the orthpaedic insoles I have to wear (the insoles just kept being pushed forward when I put my foot it), but these have zips at the side!

I just bought this from the 'bay.

It's from all saints, but regardless, I like the shape and asymmetrical detail.

I've just noticed that her front pockets (which aren't real) go all the way to her hips. On mine they totally don't.

I bought myself a perforated white shirt from pringle.

I'd post a picture but my camera isn't upto showing the detail as it's quite fine.

it's quite nice, soft cotton, almost like a linen with fine square perforations over it's entirety.

found it in a charity shop for a fiver.

I have been coveting a pair of high-waist, wide leg burnt orange cords I saw in a magazine last year, and I found their exact double in TKMaxx this week.

you can actually find some half decent stuff in there, we're blessed with two here but I would like to visit a big one say in london or ...

Pair of Frye Harness boots have made their way to me.

Little bit tight on the toes but they'll break in over time.
I've wanted a pair of these for a while....ever since I was 18. 😁 but no way was I paying the full price for them.
They arrived today and I'm chuffed. Got a good deal on ebay and they'll last for decades.
I hope I last for decades to wear them. 😜

I had a pair like that but thigh length-back in the very early 90's ;)

actually I do have a bag of kids trainers I was going to take the chazzer... I prefer inspiration to slavish recreation though.

(in actual fact I don't think my cords are much like the ones in the photo at all, apart from in the part which is in view in this pic. I think the ones in the photo are these, which are a cropped carrot shape, and I'm not sure they would work for me at all)

I have a pair of those- they are about 20 years old now and so comfy. Not very pretty any more as they’re so battered, but they feel like slippers
