Fez909 I love hot cloth cleansing too! Aldi and Superdrug both do much cheapness versions (have only tried the latter but apparently the former is selling out everywhere as it's such a clone of the Liz Earle - for £3.99) and I like the Soap and Glory Ultimelt which comes in at about a tenner.

Shit, wish I'd read this before I set off to the shops....I went to Aldi, like 20 mins ago

Cheers for the rec, tho. Will have a look in tomorrow :)

Very nice, Ruby!

I went shopping with my pal the other weekend and bought an oversized khaki shirt dress and some black shorts with white stars on, both from & Other Stories. After resisting sack dresses for ages, now I don't want to wear anything else  The shorts are incredibly unflattering, but I don't care because they're comfy and I like them.

Also got a pair of brown Birkie style sandals from Office, nice and comfy and only 20 quid.

I went shopping to look for some smartish trousers and a shirt to wear for a christening next weekend. I ended up buying:

Three pairs of trousers - black, navy and some kind of dark green ones that seem to look great or awful depending on the light and might end up going back

Two shirts - one white? with a narrow blue-grey stripe, one navy gingham that isn't as nice as the reduced Ben Shermans I'm currently eyeing up on Asos but was nearly a third of the price (going to try exchanging it for the short-sleeved version if the other branch in the town has any left)

A stripey polo shirt (three quid  )

Some black denim shorts that I really, really didn't need

Think I was just really happy to be trying stuff on and actually like how it looked. Maybe went a bit overboard  I've got some trousers to wear at the christening now but I'm still not sure any of my shirts are suitable

I lost my sunglasses last week (woe) so I had to buy some more: I went for some natty calvin Klein shades with thin bright yellow pressed metal frames.

They are great, but won't be suitable for all occasions, so I'm already looking for some more.

I can't believe I am suggesting this, but TKMaxx have an amazing selection at the moment. I bought 2 pairs today for £12.99 each. I only went in because of the air conditioning

What's a sack dress May?

Rundholz - I think its a German make generally find them in Scandinavian stores rather than in the UK though I think you can get online in the UK. I love their stuff.
I guessed the were Rundholz. My favourite brand. I'm wearing dropped crotch Rundholz as I type. There's a shop in Bangor that's sells the brand and there's Chester and Cardiff too. I usually buy on line these days though.

I like to stride in a carefree manner that says 'sure I know the dropped section is meant to be folds of fabric flowing around but I have filled it with stomach because I can'.
Do you know the Maharishi brand? I thought your Rundholz could also have been Marhaishi. I used to wear them a lot but haven't seen them in a while. I love it when someone else likes the same clothes as me :D

I did not know Maharishi - will check out. I also like Oksa, Nelly Johannson, Helicopter..I tend to get stuff in Iceland rather than the UK as I am less likely to see it being worn better by others! Trippen shoes also. The only thing that saves me from being bankrupt is the fact that there is not much great stuff in super plus chunker size!

I have two pairs of Trippen shoes. :D The first pair I bought when I went by overnight train from Paris to Berlin with my friend and wolfie especially to visit all three Trippen shops and we each bought a pair. I have loads of Oska clothes :) I'm now off to check out Helicopter and Nelly Johansson. You may like Cydwoq shoes and Lilith clothing :)
Also, no such thing as worn better, enjoyed better maybe and that's probably me and you ... :D

There was a discount code though, and I'm going away soon so if I drag that trip out I can save a whole week's food budget which would mean these basically cost me £29 :hmm:

I can wear white trainers to a church as "smart casual" right?
