A new, unworn Rundholz black dress for £5 in a charity shop. I used to buy Rundholz in the long ago when I earned decent money and didn't care how much I put on my credit card. I never thought I'd get another dress by them.

My single dark brown matte eyeshadow crumbled into an unuseable mess so I bought a Technic Mega Matte Nudes 12 colour palette thing. It was DIRT cheap so I wondered obviously about the quality of it, but fuck me, it is lovely eyeshadow. You only need a tiny bit, goes on beautifully, blends brilliantly, and the colour range is ace. I'm way too old for owt shimmery now and this actually really complements my middle-aged/stoner eyes. Wow. Well decent value for money, proper made up

there's shedloads of cost conscious makeup out there now and lots of it is of really high quality

A cardigan that feels (and looks, but whatever, I work from home now) like I'm wearing a dressing gown.

A bunch of vests and t shirts because mine were a rag tag bunch of too small, too big, too worn or that weird smell that cotton gets after a couple of years.

a pair of unworn Japan Blue jeans
a brown leather allsaints jacket
a harris tweed 8-panel newsboy cap
a Schott wool dufflecoat (my dad's size, I'm mad jealous).

I'm wondering what to swear off next...

I bought this dress in the summer from ASOS buying a medium (size 10) tried it on & seemed to fit & I put it away to wear in September. Tried back on again &it was huge too baggy & long on the sleeves. I was gutted as the size small was out of stock but it came back in so now I have this for my b'day on Saturday & have the other to sell. Plus I get 40% off at ASOS as my mate works there & lets me use her discount.

Bought a lovely Diesel jacket for winter the other day, £50 from TK Maxx

My question is - wtf is this weird strap across the inside of the back for? Doesn't seem to do anything other than annoy me and get in the way. Any ideas?

I initially thought it was like the strap in some jackets that let you wear them off the shoulder or like a bag, if you're too hot, but it's not long enough

I noticed a guy at work had a similar strap in his jacket this morning, he says it's definitely a shoulder strap, so you don't have to carry it and can be hands-free, if you decide to take it off

It makes more sense than anything else tbh, weird though, it gets in the way and you can feel it when you lean on something.
