My bloody parcel containing my 'emergency' dress and tights has been delivered to someone else on my street. I found this out when I tracked it and saw it had been signed for. [emoji35]
The driver is apparently coming back to retrieve my parcel from the random porch he left it in within the hour. I told DPD if he doesn't then he'd better get to town and buy me a frock.

Manter sent me a parcel signed for, that was delivered to the wrong address, they collected it and signed for it from a post office. Supposed to have sent me a form to complete, never arrived. The address they say it was sent to has no one there. Bloody parcel force. First time in a long time they've messed up, bit this just sounds like they're lying and it's been lost.

This. starfish if you like the that much, try it on. The chances are that if you still love it on you (rather than just on somebody else or the dummy) it'll give you the confidence to wear it.

I bought this and luckily tried it out before I got ready. I looked like a toddler had drawn on me. [emoji1] Hopefully I will improve with practise.

I find it easier than the thinner ones, which I struggle to get close to my lash line without accidentally drawing on my eyeballs, given that I can't wear glasses whilst I apply it I also soften the line a bit with dark eye shadow brushed over, once it's dry.

A black lambswool jumper, and a purple one. Another pair of pyjama bottoms, and a black/white checked cotton shirt. Six pairs of undies, and yet another pair of fluffy slippers.

That should do me for new clothes for the next year.

Was it trashpony who suggested I try I'oreal universal lip glow? Whoever it was, thank you. I ordered some, it arrived today and is perfect for what I want. It comes out as a shade I would never have bought as a lipstick but suits me and looks good.

Replaced my much worn ankle boots with a pair terrifyingly similar to ones I owned aged 16:

Chuffed with them though, as dead comfy plus smart enough for work whilst not being too grown up for casual.

Found nice dark red brocade style jeans in Zara but couldn't be arsed with huge queue so will see if I can pick them up in the branch near work during the week.
