Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

All my clothes have arrived now, and I landed the right size in everything.

Now just need some winter so I can wear the coat!

The guy who 'I'm not in a relationship with' told me that I looked like a Sunday school teacher today. :(
(((Boppity))) FWIW it could be worse, you could look far too bitter and twisted for your age instead.

Flowery summer trainers and some nice black crossover fronted 'flatform' sandals at Matalan. Holiday shoes sorted for under 30 quid, so can't complain.

Some jumpers from Uniqlo, cos it's cold enough now :(
also a pair of shorts and a 'sporty' hooded top (which does look quite nice) as I plan to get running or something to alleviate the weight gain from stopping smoking.

s2496670c504_1.jpg a new dress from matalan, cotton, nice fit/shape, £16.

I wanted a pale yellow one but they didn't have my size. And the original one I got was too big so had to get a size smaller :)

This. Really hope it fits.

These things are winging their way to me as we speak. Got a text to say they're coming and everything

Really not sure they're going to fit as I'm an inbetween size at the moment  Also hoping the turquoise on the last one isn't too turquoise as I don't really like turquoise

I bought a jade green maxi dress from new look the other day. It's just a basic one with a strapless elasticated boob tube bit that I will have to wear a bra with. It's soooo long that I will have to hold it up when walking and it will get grubby as fuck very quickly.

Haven't had a chance to wear it yet though.

A pair of "irregular" Levi Demi Curve jeans from the outlet store. A bit sceptical that they would fit, jeans are usually tight around the hips and gape at the waist BUT these fit really well and are very comfy. success at last!! :)

Where is Levis outlet store?

Not that I need any more jeans

I got a long linen mid-calf waistcoaty thing. Sort of burnt orange colour with really lovely little round brass buttons. A summer evening, looks nice for company garment. I love autumn colours so much, always have, so I've got loads of things that will go with it.
Another ebay bargain. I used to loathe clothes shopping. All that traipsing around and never finding what you want, or if you do, only in super skinny teenage size. Now I just think of what I want, the colour, fabric and size, and chances I'll have found it within half an hour and probably for under £15

That's been more or less my father in law's experience too. He always hated shopping for clothes, and it's become worse as shops have become more difficult for him to get through. But shopping online was a complete revelation to him. He loves the way that if you get fed up you can just get up and put the kettle on. Plus, it saves petrol and having the annoyance of finding a parking space.
