Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

ok - need help choosing a colour handbag for my New York holiday.

my coat is this colour:

and I like all these colours to match

this one!

A Teal Wrap Dress and Heavy shapely fabric'ed Red Dress.
Slap wise: Waitrose Baby Bottom Butter famed for gracing Adult Faces who appreciate it's moisturising properties.

New York Spangles......my vote is the red one but in order of preference it's red, blue, white.

ETA: I haven't bought anything as is the plan but it seems that I may have to buy more Bare Minerals stuff as didn't realise I was out & I don't think it will last till the end of the month...

yess - today i'm veering towards blue. the red one is actually pink - and i think pink works with the peachy-coral colour of the coat, but I wear quite a lot of red, too. I've always thought that turquoisey blue goes with red and pink equally.

my other jacket, which i'll be taking with me and using more as we move into spring is:
Ahoy%20Jacket%20SKU08110503%20Navy%20(%C2%A325.00).jpg

so the white would be the obvious coice, but i think the blue would work too. and the pink, unhelpfully...

As we move into Spring :D:cool:

I went MAD in H&M and bought a top for everyday at work. I even took a picture as I was so excited.

They are rather dull but tbh I have trouble with tops. I hate shirts and I DETEST patterns. There's a real thing about patterns and navy (in the cheap shops) this season - they just remind me of Midland bank uniforms and I can't even look at them.

I think what you're saying is, they would all work fine with both coats. so just pick your favourite (blue) one  HTH

i di pick the blue one in the end. it's got that 'PanAm' thing. The brand do a pale green one which in the end i loved even more, but i couldn't find a uk stockist, so... *shrug*

I got a nice (what i think is nice) top from primark for work, black with see through chiffony sleeves and a cream, crocheted peter pan collar. I tried to take a picture but its too blurry

OOH lovely dress Moose, see what you mean about the 60's angle .... Lordy I love a woman in a nice frock. :)

2 synthetic plait hairbands. Underwhelming? Maybe. But they more or less match my hair. And they don't slip. Another option for when it needs to be tied back but not up. :)

I like the blue handbag too simply because it's such a nice shade of blue.

I bought a lacy top sort of thing. Think I need to find something else to wear under it, though - in this pic it's a men's old-fashioned vest that appeared in my underwear drawer one day for no understandable reason.

You just need a pretty bra!! Be a hussy!! ;)

Or a small strappy vest! Loads of options really coz you can get a range of colours of strappy vest.

purdy :) second vote for stroppy vest

edit: strappy, even :D

I like the thought of a stroppy vest. Perhaps it's angry it's not been washed, or maybe the socks have taken a more prominent place in the sock draw and it's annoyed.

Some thoughts I should probably keep to myself. > _ >

Primark haul.

Beige t-shirt with polka dots and scalloped edges
short dungarees
black vest, white vest, black and white stripey vest
those crop-top things for us ladies who really don't need bras but dont wanna flash our nipples
seamless 'nude' knickers
2x sunglasses

Mis-sized my own breasts  Have to take bras back but I stupidly bought a pack of two and wore one so got £22 of semi-useless foundation garments

Think I'm moving into stuff_it territory with a G-cup here :(
I may have to stop wearing that Kris Line one I got out, no men or lesbians can dance anywhere near me without staring at my chest - one matey got dragged off the dancefloor by his mates for it on Friday.

Just bought this ^^^ feel a bit bad but I have a MAJOR birthday coming up :) Also a friend has had the same bag for 4 years and I've seen how fantastically it's aged - looks even better after 4 years then it does new :)

They're expensive but the cost per wear will make it very reasonable :)

Dyed hair. Not technically in fitting with this thread as I got free hair toni and guy academy stylee.

i'm unable to indulge in post-deadline-blues-soothing online shopping cos i had to cancel my fucking card :( i can't even buy books on amazon :(
