New jeans from River Island £39.99...I'm impressed with the fit of them and a pair of gold strappy sandals from Topshop £12. I wanted to carry on shopping but had to come home to go to work...:(

I got a linen mix maxi dress from peacocks today because I've been way too hot recently, its b&w floral/leaf print and was £16 ftw!

Tranier-gate ended today...

Refunded in full :(
oh no :(

today I got 3 bras, which cost a fucking fortune, I wish I had little tiddlers so I could buy cheapo bras. a pair of black cropped trousers, and I took back the pink strapless dress I bought a while ago and swapped it for a black summery dress.

Went to H&M - got a combat-style quite short khaki skirt and some tailored-type black shorts in maternity section. Good that they could both be worn with tights, so I could use them next time, even if we don't get much more sun in the next 6 weeks. Annoyed about the lack of colour choice, though - I've been dismayed by the lack of colour and pattern on a lot of maternity clothes. It's all black, white, khaki. What about patterns, and red and pink and purple etc etc. Not every woman wants to fade into the background when she's up t'duff!

My friend got some nice maternity tops in Dorothy Perkins last summer in orange, green and red. You could layer them and look like a packet of skittles. :)

A lovely pink linen short sleeved shirt, and a white linen long sleeved number. Very very nice and not expensive either.

Thank you M&S

:)

oops.. went a bit bonkers today.. bought 2 new shirts, a short sleeved cardy, 2 pairs of shoes - all but two of these items have polka dots in one form or another..:eek::D and I picked up my wedding dress! The only problem now is that I have nowhere really to store it.. it's supposed to be hung up with a duvet cover over it apparently (rather than in the suit bag thing they gave me) Our flat is too full for me to do that.. we only have the one spare room and it's got 2 bicycles on the walls and two on the floor - there's no way I'm keeping my dress in there.

some YSL foundation perfect touch with a brush thing on. It's fab, much better than the Mineral Powder foundation I had been using.

I won £100 on a crossword the other week, and rather than save it for something sensible, I'm going to Oxford Street after college tomorrow ;)
I need (need) some costume jewellery because I'm crap at accessorising, a small bag because I'm sick of lugging huge ones around, and some summer clothes. I can't pull off lovely floaty dresses, but hopefully I'll find a couple of nice skirts I can wear with t-shirts. Also, I've heard tell of a tiger print boob tube dress in H&M I have to check out

I bought a pink linen skirt from Tesco today. Hopefully it will look ok with a black t. shirt cos I've got nothing else that matches it. :)

a blue cowboy shirt with embroidered bits on the shoulders, some cowboy undies and a really nice hilfiger brown cotton biker jacker...

Yay that it's warm, but I have only 6 weeks of pregnancy left and I really need to get 2 or 3 more warm weather things and it hardly seems worth it. Bought two cheapo but actually quite nice tunic tops in QS (not maternity, but these cheapass shops cut big and long) but need at least a skirt/shorts and another dress if it's going to stay warm, and those probably will need to be maternity. So the question is whether I can get to a big branch of H&M this week for cheap maternity purchases!

You'll be using them for your next pregnancy though won't you? So I reckon if you know (hope) for a second you'll get your moneys worth. :)

Yay for winning the comp, that dress sounds excellent  See if they've a zebra one for me :D

Some dangley, blue, dice earrings and instead of the dots there are different coloured little hearts!

Cor hotness ;)

I've bought some running trainers (I'm hoping my wait for delivery won't be quite as troublesome as it has been for some :hmm: :(), some jogging bottoms, some boob tube tops and crop jeans all online over the past couple of days.

I'm going to buy some Merrell sandals (that Felix was recommending in another thread) but want to try them on first, so will pop up to town tomorrow and see if they've got them in Blacks or Millets.

I want to buy a floppy sun hat and some sporty t-shirts too, and will have a looky around town for those tomorrow too. I want a new strapless bra too, even though I only recently bought one; I love it a lot, so I want another, in nude this time.

Apart from that, I need to reign in the spending, because I'm not picking up any extra hours at work over summer, and my last instalment of student loan has to last me longer than usual, and it isn't that much.

I can't get on with them, I end up thinking my tits look like they're truned into a sausage wrapped round my chest  Or, they fall down!:D

Is there a secret?

A sausage? :D

The one's I've got are underwired and slightly padded - stay on fine. Not as much lift as ones with straps though.

I think I'm due a new one - where'd you get yours VP?
