I saw them in Grazia in red but ended up getting black because I thought they'd go with more stuff. I'm starting to wish I'd bought the red ones though. :hmm:

I bought the most fantastic tailored black 'boyfriend' blazer from Evans. It has dark purple lining, which isn't really my colour but it looks OK, I think - like rolled up sleeves go well with my colour. It's very well cut (for Evans) and the shoulders and waist are brill. Was £49.50 and is dry clean only  but if this is a thing you are after then I'd recommend it :)

Can't find a pic on their stupid website.

'Cos cardigans are useful, but they're a bit weedy on the whole. They need more Day of the Dead dancing skeletons, I say!

Awesome cardie Cloo! Less of this talk about them being weedy though! Cardies ftw!

I DO have a very unweedy cardie with knuckle dusters on it though.

I bought a nice longer than average grey and black striped, 3 qtr sleeve length t-shirt yesterday from New Look which I imagine I shall be wearing lots on my bike as it doesn't gape up and leave the small of my back all chilly. Or flash my pants to the road users of London

Hee hee! I mostly just wear boy boxers when I'm cycling so not that much of a thrill - I do have an ace pair with "bite me" on the waistband though that sorta make me want to ride like a c**t :D

:( i fucking hate shopping for clothes sometimes... I'm the wrong shape and size for everything that looks nice on the hanger. Just spent an hour going to and from M&S to try on a nice black dress... looked shite on me! I want a black dress for this wedding in November *grumps*

4 months on and you can still see the colour in my hair slightly and roots

If I pick a colour close to my natural colour will it cover it ok? :hmm:

I think so... maybe try a strand test. I have 'dyed back' to my natural colour over bleach and it grew out seamlessly.

red dye can be quite hard to dye over though as the red shines through the other dye.

I used to do my hair that colour (Feria) i miss it a bit... might go more red again:oops:

Most everything I have is usually second hand, but my Grandma left me a small amount of money, so I thought I'd spend some of it on some classic basics.

What do you think?

Since I opened the doors to my inner splurge queen to do work to my flat, I've gone a bit mad on the clothing front

In the past week I've bought:
a cardi, a dress (grey, for work and not very exciting) and a long knitted jumper dress from uniqlo
a pair of leggings, two pairs of tights, a pair of black patent shoes and some studded ankle boots from M&S
a pair of ecco knee high boots and a pair of leopard print loafers from tkmaxx.

Must. Stop. Spending

I've been the same, but I've gone up a dress size since I met my beloved, and so nothing fits anymore :(

I saw those in Grazia on Tuesday and thought "want"! They didn't have them in M&S when I looked though. :hmm:

I saw them in Grazia too. I think they're quite new out. They'd already sold out of my size online so I had to ring round my local stores (Dorset) to find them.

Those red shoes are flipping gorgeous.

I'm really chuffed with them, the colour is great. The black are nice too.
