My mate said to me out of the blue the other day, ' I knew you were diabetic, I didn't realise you were doing those finger prick tests now?' I'm not, I'm just rubbish at aiming with the felting needle, My finger tips look like they have a bad case of mini measles

I'm making this knee length as a wrap dress, doing a trial run with some fabric I'm ambivalent about before getting onto the good stuff. However, I only just had enough fabric and haven't got enough to do the sash. I'm not 100% sure I've even got enough to do narrow ties unless very short or pieced together. I could probably just put hooks and eyes on it and always wear a belt, but any other ideas on fastening it?

I think it's some kind of viscose (got it off a market stall). If it works out, the proper fabric I want to use is printed cotton.
