League Cup quarter-final draw

Chelsea v Bournemouth

Arsenal v West Ham

Leicester v Manchester City

Bristol City v Manchester Unite

On reflection a win would have been a bit of an injustice.
In other news the Spurs prick with the piss is finding life awkward. An estate agent eh!....that figures.

Arson. Industrial espionage. Piss throwing.

Lovely club.

Play some nice football.

Why the facepalm? He's by no means a terrible manager. Not great either, but you're a sinking ship. He can steady the course.
:D tell that to Sunderland fans.

I don't even judge him on his Man Utd stuff cos that was a fucking shit job to be given but.. come on...

I think we should get rid of Slaven. I love the man but he cannot organise a defence and I've never seen us so easily broken up. Nobody seems to know what they are supposed to be doing.

But Moyes? I'd rather have Sam back.

West Ham tried to get Moyes about 16 years ago when he was managing Preston but he said 'no' and took the Everton job soon after. That was after Harry Redknapp got the boot. West Ham then appointed.... er... Glenn Roeder.

I figured the Brighton embarrassment and the Spurs revival might've been enough to give them all a kick up the arse and show them what is required but apparently not. I don't see how Slav is gonna turn it around now. Moyes is just a fancier version of Alex McLeish who took Birmingham down and the only good thing is that I don't really like more than 3 of the players so when they all fuck off I won't be too bothered.

The seats next to me have not been sold so every week I'm surrounded by a bunch of 5 year olds eating popcorn. Its suddenly become much less enjoyable.

You can but dream of Big Sam.

Always had a soft spot for the Hammers, mainly due to seeing you beat Arsenal in the cup final of 1980 when Willie Young hacked Paul Allen down when he was going to score a fairytale goal.

Has Moyes actually got it?

I feel bad for Slaven. I love him and he had to deal with a lot of shit. But we can't carry on like this.

Thanks for the first season Slaven.

I hadn't really said on here before but my Dad got diagnosed with cancer in the early part of 2015. He had an operation to remove it but it came back in about October of that year. It was always terminal and the doctor who did the operation said that if he was still around in a year then he should think himself lucky.

We've always gone to football together, ever since I was a kid, so that last season at the Boleyn was especially important as I didn't know if it was the last season he would be around. We went to probably 10 games that season. We were there when Ogbonna scored against Liverpool in the cup game, we were there when we beat Spurs to stop them winning the title (I missed the goal, I got caught going in with a Juniors ticket :)) and we were there for the last game, that 3-2 against Man Utd.

That was a fucking glorious season. He's still here by the way, he can't really make it to football any time now (and he didn't like the new place anyway) but I'm glad that we had that. Those memories are fucking priceless cos soon that is all we will have. So thank you Slaven (and Dimitri :D), for that I will always love you and your mysteriously thickening hair.

Ugh, its going to be Moyes. Coz he did such a good job of saving Sunderland. I hope we get relegated now.
