Coronavirus: if you are able to offer help, please post here

Anyone in the Brixton area need 1.5 kg of M&S Wholemeal Bread Flour? It was the only flour in 4 shops in Brixton and I grabbed it in case one of you worker bees or quarantined people want it.
I'd love it, my partner is missing making her own bread, but we're not quarantined / vulnerable / essential workers, so please give it to someone else in more need.

Nobody else has asked for it, either here or in the Covid Coldharbour whatsapp group, so please have it! If you don't want it I suppose I'll take it to the soup kitchen.

update on previous, I'm somewhere between Reading / Wokingham Berkshire and have car, can offer modest practical skills with the exception of cooking.

the silly hours at work seems to have come to a halt, and while i've not been put on furlough, will probably be on 4 day weeks for a while to make up for some of the silly hours, so have a bit more time if anyone needs assistance with stuff...

possibly not telling you anything you / they don't already know, but this is richmond council's 'community hub' page - may help

I know Help the Aged have been helping with food deliveries in some areas so they might be worth a try.

The richmond council community hub is the best place to start (as already linked to), there's a telephone number as well as email. Failing this I am not far from East Sheen and will be able to drop some food off if things get bad and a shopping list can be provided.

It'd be better going through the official routes initially as I am just some random off the internet but if they can't help I'm here as a last resort.

Not sure if they're taking on new clients at the mo (and it is mainly just in Scotland) but this is a great charity that delivers shopping for the elderly as well as providing lots of other services. My sister's MIL -- who's a bit of a tough audience -- has nothing but good to say of them.

3-D printed visors Tyne & Wear area.

Some people I know have made some 3-d printed visors which are available free for people who need them. They are printed by hobbyists and so not CE tested, and made to this plan They have a small supply, preferably to be given out in small batches rather than picked up individually.
They are involved with some distribution schemes, but also wanted to offer in case people who need PPE who might be missed out.
