I have not actually been to Lizard's Thicket or indeed Biscuitville, I did have some "biscuits" at Cracker Barrel once, but can't really remember much about it, think they were quite nice?

I’m February. Sausage and egg. Looks like flat sausage. One of the things America has got right.

TBF, you lost so many people to the colonies after the '45, that flat, square sausage is probably an ancestral hand-me-down in the Carolinas.
