Amanda Knox Is Innocent

Is anyone else quite liking the all new Raffaele Sollecito look. Much better than the geeky 2007 era.

It doesn't tell you what they're in for? :(
It kind of does at the bottom of each page is a link for verifying information which takes you to a page with a link to an 'inmate locater'. Don't know if it works for all but the one I picked was in for delvin (delivering?) heorin.

Wanted this as part of my last post but my tablet is going mad and wouldn't let me. I feel rather uncomfortable about looking people up like that.

i do not understand what you're trying to get at, and nor do you if you think you can transmit it solely by telepathy.
You sure? I am wearing my magic hat and everything. It is made of tinfoil and shaped into a pyramid so it should work.

If you really can't see it, names normally have capital letters you know, expect in your post they don't.

that's it? that's fucking it? you've not fucking noticed the absence of fucking capitals in the previous fucking 80,000 posts? get a fucking life you dull twat.

I'm not really qualified to judge on things like DNA on bra clasps but the fact that Amanda Knox, in her first statement to the police, tried to put the blame on a totally innocent man, speaks volumes to me.

Have you considered a career as an Italian prosecutor?

Well I wouldn't have bothered if you hadn't been correcting people's spelling in the last couple of pages.

I think there is little hope of our (or more importantly Meredith Kercher's family) ever knowing truly what happened, and it seems to me that a lot of the reason for that was the gung-ho and rather heavy-handed approach the investigating authorities took.

On Sky News tonight representatives of the Kercher family admitted that they were not entirely convinced by the verdict either. Which is both unusual in case like this and because of that to their immense credit.
But as everyone knows there is one person who definitely was there, and who knows exactly what happened.

But he is not talking.

Tellingly despite securing a 50% reduction in his sentence there has been no pressure (and remarkably little curiousity from the media either come to think of it) on him by the authorities do to so either. Instead they were all too happy to accept that he was there, but not the real killer.

If they believed that to be true why not grant him immunity in return for full disclosure?

But they didn't do this.

Instead they weighed him off early thus separating him out from his supposedly co-defendants. Thus denying the defence the opportunity to cross-examine him.
The only plausible reason for them to follow such a course of action is because under the bright lights, they guessed probably rightly that his, and thus the prosecution case, wouldn't stack and Knox and Sollecitto would both walk.

I thought these were interesting questions/ thoughts for those still hanging on to the notion that K&S had anything to do with this:

  • why would Amanda and Raffaelle help a stranger to sexually assault and kill Meredith?
  • Is it credible that a woman would help a stranger to sexually assault and kill another woman? In cases where women help men commit sex crimes against other women, the woman has been in a long term dysfunctional relationship with a domineering man. The scenario of a woman helping a stranger to sexually assault and kill another woman has no precedent in criminal history. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
  • Amanda had only been in Italy a short period of time and only spoke basic Italian. Guede did not speak English. Is it credible to suggest that the two communicated well enough with each other to plan a brutal murder?

and to answer a question from a few pages back: the autopsy did not reveal that multiple attackers were involved
1 out of 7 experts thought this might have been the case, because:

a) Meredith was athletic, and therefore could have fought off just 1 attacker. Um, ok I guess
b) the way the bra strap was cut and her clothes were removed. sorry, but I'm wondering, have there really been no other cases where a rape/murder victim's clothing was removed?

and even still, why would the three necessarily be Guede, Knox, and Sollecito? and not Guede and two other people?

Come on, you know this is crazy and ridiculous. Admit it.

The general lack of press interest in, or even much mention of, Rudy Guede is pretty staggering tbh.

It's not staggering, it's pretty typical. Guede is a West African black, he has nowhere near the newsworthiness (in the eyes of the western press) of an upper middle-class white American female or an upper middle-class white Italian male. It's your basic institutional racism.
