Alex Jones - Two Stops Past Barking?

I was watching an interview with a sociopath last night.
Pretty interesting. He'd developed a kind of cognitive empathy but clearly still didn't give a shit on a gut level.
There's a kind of "I should say this/react like that" response often displayed.

I'd say the opposite - he's a crap actor. He goes so over the top that sane people viewing his antics ask themselves "is this guy for real?", with the answer being "the fucker's no different from one of those Evangelical motherfuckers".

I'm not sure Jones is a sociopath in quite the manner that the guy I was watching was.
Going by the usual descriptions, I'd probably put Jones down as maybe having Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

The "acting" is part of it - sometimes with some people he does seem capable of being unguarded and showing genuine warmth.

But that's all quibbling, he's clearly a wrong 'un.

Yep. Needs a grenade stuffing up his arse, & the pin pulling out.

The latest number:

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has been ordered to pay an extra $473m (£405m) for falsely claiming the Sandy Hook school shooting was a hoax.

The Connecticut judge's order brings to $1.44bn the total amount Jones has to pay following the defamation trial.

He's declaring bankruptcy.

The filing said Jones has between $1 million and $10 million of assets and between $1 billion and $10 billion of liabilities. The extent of Jones' personal wealth is unclear.
Seems strange (as I recall) students can't file for bankruptcy because of student debts but ...

I can't open archive . ph for some reason, so this may be paywalled

e2a oops, success

"As the families seek more than $1.4 billion awarded by courts for Mr. Jones’s lies, a New York Times review shows he is transferring millions of dollars to family and friends, potentially out of reach of creditors."

I'm surprised nobody has thought of taking him to a mental health hospital. He clearly suffers from some kind of paranoid schizophrenia disorder.
