Obviously, grifting shouldn't count - the court should appoint a social worker to oversee his case, someone with the legal authority to ensure he's only doing socially useful work that won't lead to further harming people, that there's nothing from now on connected to the harms and grifts already attempted on any piece of tech he owns, that his bank accounts are all open to oversight, that his home and phone records can be spot checked as and when, and that any income that exceeds food and shelter goes to service his debts.

All contingent on whether anyone will employ him, or whether he can demonstrate an ongoing commitment to seek socially useful, approved, and regulated work. Nothing onerous - just consistent proof of actively searching for a role for around sixty hours per week until he finds one/or dies. Mandatory sessions with a psychologist of some kind too, at least once weekly, where he should be expected to work on examining himself in relation to other people. There should be a robust multi agency approach to reducing his capacity for recidivism and profiteering.

He already previously tried to hide/move money/assets and was told to GTF, so hopefully (even though this is a much bigger sum of cash) he won't be able to even attempt the same again. He would be needing very good lawyers (more than accountants I think) and he didn't seem to have access to them even when he did have money/a leg to stand on.
