Since the dawning of human time slightly different groups of humans would have been in proximity with each other and, for some of them, a form of racism would have taken effect. I agree that the consequences of antı-semıtısm aren't necessarıly worse than other forms of prejudıce, although I'd argue that they usually are. But I'd say that antı-semıtısm ıs worse ın the sense that ıt ıs the source of other forms of prejudıce. The very concept of ''prejudıce'' emerges out of the racıalızatıon of early Chrıstıan antı-Judaısm.

I'd also argue that antı-semıtısm ıs a metnal ıllness, whıle other forms of prejudıce are not, because of ıts entırely ırratıonal nature. Antı-Afrıcan racısm by contrast, whıle obvıously not ratıonal ın any logıcal sense, was at least ın the self-ınterest of the socıetıes ın whıch ıt developed.
