90s techno thread

Didn't get nearly as many on this one as usual- makes me think I know fuck all in the grand scheme of things BUT thank God for round 9...

I was quite chuffed with my 3 out of 10 (3, 7 and 10), though I IDd the producer on another 3 (4, 6 and 8 ) cos they have such distinctive styles. Didn't recognise number 9 at all, nor 3 and 5. Managed to guess the city/label of the 1st one cos I've just been on a binge of those guys. Love these videos, esp when they make me feel like I actually know something for a change, esp if the experts don't get it and I do.

I watched that as Henry (aka Dave the Drummer) posted it on his FB page, seemed as though it was a real hard one! That guy - Adam X was it - he was really good!

I have watched some of the series before, I love to see the DJs participating and trying to figure it out. I don't think I've ever guessed one, if I do know the tune I rarely know the artist or title :D

In case you missed it, I did a 90s style mix. on the cusp on deep house and techno, more techno I'd say.

very jazzy, lots of detroit & chicago flavours and a dollop of acid too.

In 1995 I bought a plain black 10" with no sticker and no information on the record or the sleeve. Turns out it this by Robert Babicz:
