Don't know about worst hooligans ever. There were a bunch of teenagers at Lincoln games a couple of years ago who decided they were some sort of firm (there were some hilarious photos of the twats posing on the net). After being generally annoying for a few games they apparently got put fairly firmly in their place by some of the older fans.
And then a couple of them promptly turned up on one or two of the fan boards complaining that it wasn't fair as the others were bigger than they were.
