Just because people don't doesn't mean they can't. It was a pretty strong statement you made!

It wasn't that strong a statement! Body and facial hair propensity varies across ethnic groups, and often within those groups too. There are plenty of European descended people who are as hairy as me, but hardly any japanese people.
