Cheeky lads football night, getting the 132 home.
The "transport interchange" is supposed to be finished there next year thank Lenin!
Yeah, but they’ve raised the drop-off price to six quid to help pay for it, the fuckers. The "transport interchange" is supposed to be finished there next year thank Lenin!
Whereas it's always interesting to see any kind of plane on display in a public area, interesting choice of location. Unless there is an aircraft factory or an air base right next to the station?View attachment 417246

I think the £6 mark is about average for a pint in town these days.I’ve just left Kings Cross after having an extortionate pint in the Parcel Yard!
Over the road in St Pan is a Spoons for all your pre train cheeky pint needs. Around £3.50.I'm currently sat at kings cross waiting for a train to Hull (not sure why god hates me so much). I wanted a quick pint but all the nearest options are wanky wait to be seated places. Ended up sitting outside somewhere having a warm German beer otherwise I'd have to wait for a chair. I only want a quick pint FFS!
Admittedly not cheap like spoons but preferable to spoonsOver the road in St Pan is a Spoons for all your pre train cheeky pint needs. Around £3.50.
There's a few decent places not too far from Kings Cross, I usually favour McGlynns (currently closed ) or the Dolphin. It was pissing down and work were paying, so the Parcel Yard was acceptable on this occasionLet’s face it, no matter how well redeveloped, train stations, and very often pubs in their immediate vicinity, are not places where one can expect a cheap pint or a pub you’d want to frequent, meet other people socially, or have more than one drink.
