Where are you on the transport network?

I know who the teenager on the right of that pic is! He’s the drummer & singer in a band, as well as a train enthusiast. I’m sure it’s him.
We’d just come in on the ‘train of light’ which had been hauled in by a kettle. The blue chibbler was just backing on to take the stock back to the depot.

Don’t think they’d allow a ‘train of light’ on the U.K. national rail system but they’re popular on preserved lines. On this trip it was good fun seeing loads of people out on the balcony to wave at us going past, the kids loved that. Only €10, €5 for kids for a trip of about 15km. And I got a Comboios de Portugal branded lolly out of it.

It's not a mode of transport for the feint hearted that's for sure.
I was going to retort that something that goes round in circles taking you nowhere new is not a form of transport, but then I thought of the Circle Line.

And unlike the latter, on a carousel you can still complete a complete lap without having to change rides, so fair enough.
