Having made that bean and bacon gratin, I think it would be even nicer with cannellini beans hactually - much more comforting than hard haricot beans. I *heart* cannellini beans

My son is having soy salmon, garlicky new potato wedges and broccoli - I am having peppers halves, stuffed with tomato, garlic, aubergine, mozzarella and basil, with black bean salsa and garlic/lemon squid (definitely, this time!

Nope, not changed anything I use, not touched any weird plants or animals... and it's only my arms that it's happened to, which is odd, but all the way from the wrist to the armpit
Docs are shite with skin stuff, so tried to make an appt with my dermatologist but none free til Oct
but she was really nice and called me... gave me advice on what to do and told me to call back if it doesn't go in 3-4 days. Well, allergies can develop at any time, just out of the blue. Are the antihistamines helping?
And yes, I do know - I suffered from a lot of outbreaks of hives when I was 14/15 - apparently caused by stress. Christ - the ITCHING
(I've also had eczema and heat rashes - gets to the point where the skin is completely scratched off and bleeding)Good
