Last night we had a very exciting tea, went to the beach and found vast amounts of little vongole clams, so made them into a yummy garlicky tomatoey sauce with spaghetti. It was tasty, and virtually free!

Ray Mears eat your heart out! Sounds ace

I'm on defrosted chicken jalfrezi tonight, with lemon meringue pie for pudding

Hungry now.
Just want to get in and pass out but have do some chores and cook a hearty dinner before nodding off.

Should not be too late :)

Aye, trying anti-histamines for the itchiness and steroid cream for the blotchiness.... but back to food... means I don't have to go out.

Do you not know what's causing it? Trips to the docs maybe?

Having made that bean and bacon gratin, I think it would be even nicer with cannellini beans hactually - much more comforting than hard haricot beans. I *heart* cannellini beans

My son is having soy salmon, garlicky new potato wedges and broccoli - I am having peppers halves, stuffed with tomato, garlic, aubergine, mozzarella and basil, with black bean salsa and garlic/lemon squid (definitely, this time! :D ).

There is a single raspberry trifle in the fridge too...........wonder who'll be having that?! :hmm:  :(

Nope, not changed anything I use, not touched any weird plants or animals... and it's only my arms that it's happened to, which is odd, but all the way from the wrist to the armpit :(

Docs are shite with skin stuff, so tried to make an appt with my dermatologist but none free til Oct  but she was really nice and called me... gave me advice on what to do and told me to call back if it doesn't go in 3-4 days. It's a bastard though... you know when you get a really really bad itch and need to scratch it or else... it's like that up both my arms :D

Well, allergies can develop at any time, just out of the blue. Are the antihistamines helping?

And yes, I do know - I suffered from a lot of outbreaks of hives when I was 14/15 - apparently caused by stress. Christ - the ITCHING :eek: (I've also had eczema and heat rashes - gets to the point where the skin is completely scratched off and bleeding:eek:)

Anti-histamines are easing it a bit, just keeping my hands busy and nails short so I don't scratch my arms to fuck!

Hello. I've been away for 5 days. Did you miss me?

We are having an Indian take-away tonight. We're having bharta, kasuri lamb, chana masala, shak aloo and garlic naan.
