We went to pizza express for an early dinner. I had a bruschetta funghi thing for starter and pizza funghi. Loving the funghi. It was very nice.

Was going to have dessert but didn't have enough time left on the car and wanted a glass of wine so went to sainsburys on the way home and got 2 bottles of red, chocolate fudge cake and vanilla ice cream. Yum.

I'm consoling myself because Morrissey is cancelled.

I made veal scaloppine stuffed with truffles. Yes, really. It was ethical veal with black truffles I was given for Christmas. I love food

Dog's cocks, the best lamb chops ever, a spicy corn thing, a karahi ghosht and a paneer nan. My stomach hurts but a Polish garlic sausage with extra garlic beckons.

I feel like making something new today, so am going to construct some sort of feta and roast pepper tart Any suggestions for accompanying veg dishes? Also want to make a new dessert - for some reason I'm thinking plum cake.
