You can buy packet mixes in any old supermarket (some are better than others)....although it's pretty simple to make too.

The tart turned out to be chorizo and goat's cheese, with loads of onions and a slosh of Balsamic vinegar. Can't wait for it to come out of the oven. It looks yummy, and I didn't even use a recipe.
