Tonight I am going for a major brownie point score!

Venison steaks rolled in a red wine sauce
Cubed potatoes, par-boiled and fried in olive oil
Glazed baton carrots
Peas

Yep just about to eat it now. It was really easy and quick!

Paella


Just fry some onions, garlic and peppers and carrot in a bit of olive oil, when they have softened a bit add the prawns and scallops then add the paella rice stir for a bit then add twice as much water as rice,with a fish stock cube chucked in. Bring to boil then simmer. When done I added the spinach and a bit of soya sauce,did not use saffron as too expensive. I would have used peas but ran out.

Sounds good, but I would have put the seafood in at the end, when the rice is nearly cooked.

I'm not sure. I'm fixated on lunch at the moment. Best mate Mogden is having bump related late onset food cravings, specifically for dairy and salt or sour combined. Last night she ate lemon and mature cheddar as well as a Granny Smith. Now she fancies a McFlurry with fries. And I want my old favourite of hot apple pie with fries. I'm not up the duff though, just odd.

Anyway, Flashy has said he'll get something from M & S as he's stationed right next door. Most likely chicken kievs if he can find them. I wish my time left here would hurry up and go. I feel like I'm putting my life on hold until I break free.
