once again tonight i shall be at work for dinner, so it will be toast. but for my lunch i just had a bacon and cheese well cooked omlette so at least i will be full up

I usually can't stand those ads, but there was one on the other night for 'party food' that had me salivating...spesh the little choccy cakes with melty choccy stuff inside.

i was reduced to a puddle of drool after that advert and it sparked a conversation between me and the housemate as to whether a box of party food was a suitable dinner substitute. mmmmmmm melty choccy cakes mmmmmm

tonight i shall have beef casserole with dumplings, carrots, broccoli and maybe frence beans if they're not past their best.
and a banana and yogurt after.

Pork chops with tomato and feta pittas. I'll be glad to leave this job and be able to assemble some normal fare. Since Flashy started work our dinners have been more haphazard than a drunk, 3 legged elephant.

Having said that though, I went for some fanci stonebaked style pizza from the fanci Sainsbury's "Market" near where I work - I'm going to try and jazz up the plain margherita one with king prawns, mussels and anchovies.
