Roasting a chicken with just a bit of seasoning. Then jointing it, making a herb spritz and having it with a green salad.

I had a Vietnamese beansprout, carrot, chinese leaf and shredded duck breast salad and the kids had toasted pitta, smoked salmon taramasalata ( <---as a *two finger typist* that is my FAVOURITE WORD, btw..try it and see! ), olives, tomatoes with s&p and some posh coleslaw.
For pudding they had apricot greek yoghurts AND a chocolate milkshake and I had a 'light' chocolate mousse thing (admittedly I've also just had a bowl of shell on prawns and am about to go for an apple now )

I had spaghetti with olive oil, chilli, garlic and prawns. Today has been a bit shit and my dinner turned out accordingly so
