BBQ! Chicken legs (in the oven first) with teryiaki sauce, sausages with buns and ketchup/mustard/pickles etc..potato salad, gerkins and - maybe - some homemade haloumi cheese

I think so, Mr. QofG's says time consuming in that you have to get the milk to a certain temperature, which take a while, before adding the cider vinegar and then draining the curds but easyThat looks great
