The curry I have made is shite, it is more like a curried soup than a curry.

and if it isn't you'll just have to pinch your nose and force it down.I have run out of jerk seasoning, so I was in danger of binka style unseasoned chicken thighs but I mixed up some mustard and honey and slathered it all over the chicken, then dipped them into some Indian lamb chop seasoning mix.
Not ideal, but I'm sure it will be nice with some rice.

Bloody mates are double bloody booked and aren't bloody coming, but bloody sod them I'm cooking this anyway with tortillas & dips to start, dauphinoise potatoes and buttered cabbage with the chicken, then chocolate cake for pud. Then I'm going to send them photos of it so they can see what they're bloody missing
