What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I do that - not eat properly because I procrastinate shopping :D
Don't get paid for another week yet, but I made a pasta sauce with a tin of toms, rosemary and bay leaves in the end tonight.. was ok.

Need to use bananas tomorrow though, so will make a smoothie for my tea :)

Wraps!

Leftover roast lamb fried up with some chipotle sauce + soured cream, cheese, iceberg lettuce and maybe some rice or refritos.

I may have to do some Googling to see which of Badgers Mexican wraps I can make that into, as I never remember the difference between them all. I reckon saucy meat and some of the other stuff in the wrap with cheesy stuff on top and wacked in the oven. Which one is that then? :D

We had chorizo and potato hash last night, with a fried egg on top. It was a bit disappointing.

I am feeling inspirationless for tonight, hence lurking on this thread.

Steak and homemade chips for us last night. Milk needed using up to so I was forced to make rice pudding with vanilla and cinnamon. It's a tough life.

Tricky. I would go with an enchilada or burrito myself. Probably a burrito I think.

Sauce up the lamb (thin strips) and marinate for a short time. Warm the wraps and the lamb, then make into parcels rather than wraps. Top with grated cheese then place on a hot oven tray and whack in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve with some salsa and maybe some sour cream if you like. Salad and or rice on the side.

Get LARGE wraps.

Yes. I are doing this. Salivating already, thanks :)

Badgers got me on the wrap crave last night so I ended up with this, which isn't even a wrap ffs :D

Chicken, chorizo, black eyed beans, onion, celery, chopped toms and passata.
All chucked in the slow cooker this morning.

Reading back through that list makes me realise that I forgot to put garlic in it :(

I might add a tin of chickpeas to it later.

Marinated chicken and oven chips last night...cba.

Tonight we're having chilli. And booze, since it's 'find out where your kid is going to school' night.

Hope it's the one you want, May!

Calling Badgers ....we're having bratwurst in hot dog rolls with fried onions, mustard and ketchup  and baby plum tomatoes with s&p on the side.

AND cream doughnuts for pudding
