What's for tea tonight? (#8)

i got a big bag off a friend and have no idea what to do with em. apart from chucking em out!
You can't waste food! It's soya anyway, miles better than fungus. Make fajitas, a curry, a nice big stew with loads of veggies, a stir fry, some kind of creamy garlicky French-type dish - tons of options

Venison again. Not sure what to have with it.

I have a curry in the oven slowly cooking for three or four hours. I'll be having that tomorrow or more likely freezing it tomorrow and having some form of junk comfort food tomorrow night.

You are Arthur Boyt, yes? ;)

I had to google him! He's not fussy... I do think you do need some decorum when eating road kill. Such as avoiding eating people's beloved pets. Cat pie :D

Firky did you watch any of the video clips... The one where he talks you though the contents of his freezer is great! The fucking owl! I don't blame his wife for being veggie :)

Pasta and pesto. Boring. :(

I might learn to make my own pesto and maybe get a little basil plant, considering how much I eat the stuff.

He ate an owl?

I've got no leg to stand on as I eat chicken but :(. I'm sure owls don't taste very nice, either.

Pasta pesto is one of my favorite staples. :)
Oh and (just imho but) I have made pesto before and for what it costs to get all the the fresh ingredients, it's not thaaat much nicer than bought jars.

Ooo I bought some of the tesco veggie meatballs yesterday and had with sauce and spaghetti - very nice!!

Toneet, it's veggie hotdogs - quick and easy cos fella's off out for a meeting

Canteen for tea again. I had cauliflower stir-fry, puffy tofu in sweet and sour sauce, and slivers of the softest, tastiest pieces of beef with courgette, carrot and scrambled egg. With brown rice as always. :)

I made another batch of the cranberry and dark choccy gooey ones...was gonna try apricot but loved the last ones so much I just had to have more :D

I didn't get past your first post on the biscuit thread so for lunch I have had 2 biscuits and for dinner I'll do chicken and green veg stir fry then have a biscuit for pudding.
So glad I realised how little self control I'd have over these biscuits and only cooked 4 and froze the rest :D
