Mr Yu's taking me to the German restaurant for tea. I can't decide if I should have cheese burger and chips, a tuna salad and a huge pretzel or the frikadellen. I do kind of want the sausage sharing platter, without sharing it, but it always seems really excessive.

Having mouth ulcers makes me eat healthy so at least it has some benefits. Last night, i had a grilled turkey breast (that i just about managed to chew) and lots of veg. Maybe baked potato tonight. And whatever Malta decides to offer me tomorow night

Not sure if it's just me or whether I have my daughter too tonight but I've taken a tub of asparagus/veg soup out of the freezer (I REALLY need to have a few healthy days ) so I/we will have that with some toast for dipping....and yeah, MELON for pudding today (the mush crumble was BLOODY LOVELY mind! )
